Is it really the third week of Term3? Where does the time go?
We hope you that your memories of the holiday break are enjoyable and that the winter ills have stayed far away. Term 3 is an exciting term with lots of new music and vocabulary. Our theme for the adult classes this term is Jugando Juntos: Playing Together and they will run the 12th, 19th and 26th August. Please contact Elaine if you are interested in doing these classes.
Our line up for the kids classes this term is mainly taken from the Ana Lomba CD again:

The sound bites for these songs have been posted on our website and can be found under the For Students tab – Term 3 Resources. Use the same log on as before, but if you have any trouble accessing them, please let us know.
We are also going to include The Wheels on the Bus and an old favourite from the We Are Little Amigos CD I Love My Mummy. Our book focus for this term is The Ugly Duckling. As always, if your child has any particular interests, please let us know and we will endeavour to work it into class. It was lovely to see Finlay’s interest in his favourite story The Three Little Pigs last term.
New pricing structure
We have decided to alter our pricing structure so it is one price per family i.e. a family attending Los Chicos with two preschool children will pay the same as a family with one child. We are very excited about this change as it encourages a “learning together” approach, will attract new families as well as retain existing ones. So help us spread the word!
In light of Adriana’s eminent departure to Australia (in 10 hours to be exact), Elaine will continue running the local Los Chicos operations while Adriana manages the website from across the ditch.
